The Wright Room is 3,300 square feet of fully-private, modular space. We have two rooms that can be combined into one suite. The custom-furnished space includes lounge and dining areas as well as a copper-topped bar, induction credenza, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows.

We offer seated events perfect for rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, birthday dinners, and more.
Plated
Ideal for parties of 20 people or less.
This option offers a private, fine dining experience for you and your guests. Sit down to a 3 to 4-course meal with a prix fixe menu created from the Appaloosa Grill Dinner or Lunch Menus.
Full menus are also available.
Hybrid
For parties of more than 20 people, we offer a two-course hybrid plated/buffet dinner with optional appetizers and dessert.
We typically start with time for cocktails and mingling. You may choose to have appetizers ready upon arrival. We then present a plated salad as an invitation for your guests to be seated for dinner.
The main course is served buffet-style, introduced personally by the chef and served on our custom-built induction credenza.
Once we have cleared the dinner plates and tableside coffee service begins, we present platters of custom bite size creations from our Pastry Chef.

Reception
We offer reception events with an open floor plan for guests to mix and mingle.
Guests can gather at the bar and around high-top tables. There is also a 14-foot booth for seating for up to about 20 people at any given time. Guests can relax and look out onto the city in sofas and easy chairs by the windows.
Customize your reception event menu with buffet-style platters and chef-manned stations.
Choose a progressive reception, and your event can move from one room to the other.

Pricing
Wright Room strives for total transparency in pricing and operates primarily on a minimum spending requirement (MSR) in addition to a reasonable room rental fee.
Definitions:
- MSR is the minimum amount the client agrees to purchase in food and beverage.
- Room rental fees include four hours of event time and one hour of set up and break down time.
- Combined Suite is considered two spaces per below.
Additional Event Time:
Additional event time can be purchased at the rate of $150 per hour, per space for evening events and $75 per hour, per space for daytime events.
Additional Set Up & Breakdown Time:
Additional set up or break down time can be purchased at the rate of $100 per hour, per space for evening events and $50 per hour, per space for daytime events.
Service Charges & Taxes:
Please note that MSR and room rental fees are pre-tax (8%) and subject to a 24% service charge (20% gratuity + 4% large party booking fee).
Events Starting Before 11 a.m.:
Require additional room rental fee of $300 + an additional $100 per hour for each hour prior to 8 a.m.

Please see diagram below for summary of pricing. To secure any of our available spaces, a deposit of half of the corresponding MSR is required. Room rental fee (50% of the deposit) is non-refundable.

Parking
Our central location makes it easy for you and your guests to get to the Wright Room. We’re located on the 16th Street Mall Ride route and just one block away from the 16th St./California Lightrail Station. Rideshares and taxis can be accessed right outside the door on 16th and Welton.
Parking is not a problem. We have a partnership with the Denver Pavilions to utilize their parking garage and can provide pre-paid or discounted parking options.
